VIEWING ORDERS 

You can securely log into your personal section on our web site. After login, you are show a list of all your orders and their status.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive your order the products are made fresh. Your order is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. This process takes 3-4 working days. Once your order is shipped the tracking details are updated under your order section. You can track your order on the mentioned courier's official website.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel even if approved. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include unavailability of stocks, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing and information or misprint. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case we are not able to process your order within 45 working days we will initiate a refund. In case we receive a cancellation notice from the customer and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel the orders that have already been processed and shipped out.

RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY:

All products are customized , handmade and fresh so we humbly don't take returns on products once sold. If a damaged / defective /incorrect product is sent such cases are to be informed within 24 hours of delivery with proof video/photo. We will replace the product with the next fastest courier facility. Exchange are not accepted if product does not suit the customer. 

We use best quality material and all the product details are mentioned in the description. We would suggest you to read all the details before placing the order.
